Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 22 years. 2. Complete clinical documentation. 3. Maternal and family members have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing diabetes. 2. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. 3. Malignant tumours. 4. Critical condition or concomitant severe comorbidities; 5. Psychiatric disorders with intellectual or cognitive impairment;
