Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 1 year to <18 years; 2. Bone marrow morphological diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL); 3. Immunological typing of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 4. Risk stratification is low-risk group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.IgM+; 2. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with WHO or EGIL criteria; 3. Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML); 4. Trisomy 21 syndrome, or congenital or inherited disorders with organ dysfunction; 5. Other secondary leukemias; 6. Congenital immunodeficiency or metabolic disorders; 7. Congenital heart disease with cardiac insufficiency; 8. Use of glucocorticoids >= 14 days within 1 month prior to enrollment, or ABL kinase inhibitors >= 7 days, or any history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy within 3 months (emergency radiotherapy for airway compression relief is not excluded).
