Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous women, aged >= 20 years (the legal marriage age for women); 2. Singleton pregnancy, 28 weeks = 65 points; 4. Normal language expression ability, able to independently participate in this study; 5. Registered at one of the two health service centers that have a cooperative relationship with our research team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has received or is currently receiving other unconventional psychological treatments or interventions; 2. Has indications for cesarean section; 3. Has achieved pregnancy through assisted reproductive technology; 4. There are abnormal fetal growth and development; 5. Has had or currently has mental disorders; 6. GAD-7 score >= 10 points; 7. PHQ-9 score >= 10 points.
