No-Interval HIFT:Conduct a 20-minute training intervention, without any breaks, requiring that the training be completed within the shortest possible time within the 20-minute period.
Fixed-Interval HIFT:Carry out a 20-minute training intervention. There is an intermittent requirement that the training should be completed with a constant intermittent time within the 20-minute perio

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Good health, free from cardiovascular, pulmonary or other chronic diseases. (2) At least 2 years of professional basketball training experience. (3) At least 1 year of aerobic or anaerobic training experience. (4) No bad habits such as excessive drinking. (5) Not participating in any other experiments while taking part in this one. (6) Voluntary participation in the experiment, able to actively engage in tests and training, and must sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Injury and loss to follow-up, withdrawal during the study; (3) Failure to cooperate.
