Interventions
Test group:In addition to conventional treatment, undergo eye movement training
Control group:In addition to receiving conventional treatment, add computer-based cognitive training for the same duration as the eye movement training in the experimental group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis meets the stroke critera jointly established by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Diseases Brabch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019,with confirmation by imaging examinations(e.g.,head CT or MRI); 2.Age between 18 and 65 years; 3.First-onset stroke without prior cognitive impairment or decline; 4.Right-handed; 5.Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)score<26(1 point added for education<12 years),with ability to understand two-step instructions and cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Dementia,serve hearing and visual impairment,aphasis,and other difficult-to-cooperate conditions; 2.Other causes of cognitive impaiyment:such as Alzheirmer's disease,Parkinson's disease,etc.
