20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 20 - 45 years old. Have received ART treatment (including IVF fresh embryo single blastocyst transfer, IVF frozen embryo single blastocyst transfer and other technical types) and successfully conceived. Single pregnancy. No severe underlying diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, etc.). Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal factors: Severe underlying diseases: such as heart failure (NYHA class III-IV), active malignant tumors, uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction; family history of chromosomal abnormalities or genetic diseases (which need to be excluded through genetic counseling); having received treatments that may affect pregnancy outcomes within the first three months of pregnancy (such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy). 2. Embryonic factors: Transplanting chromosomally abnormal embryos (such as embryos with abnormal PGT-A test results); transplanting mosaic embryos or low-quality embryos (with a morphology score of = grade 3). 3. Other exclusions: Refusal to sign the informed consent form or inability to cooperate with follow-up; unplanned pregnancies (such as unintended pregnancies).
