Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility as specified in Obstetrics and Gynecology—that is, those who have had regular sexual intercourse without contraception but failed to conceive after one year. 2. Female infertile patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatment with IVF/ICSI/PGT cycles using assisted reproductive technology (ART). 3. Patients who received oocyte retrieval analgesia with painkillers (diclofenac potassium suppositories). 4. Have basic literacy and writing skills, and be able to cooperate with the assessment. 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with organic diseases, such as severe physical diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, and other (relevant) systems. :; 2. Have auditory dysfunction. 3. Individuals with mental illnesses or those currently taking antipsychotic medications. 4. Graduates with a major in music or those engaged in music-related work. 5. Within half a year before receiving assisted reproductive technology treatment, the patient experienced other major stress events unrelated to infertility factors, such as the death of relatives or friends, sudden onset of serious illness, marital breakdown, etc.
