Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 60. 2. ASA physical status ? - ?. 3. Patients scheduled for elective thyroid surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse to sign the consent form or are unable to understand the questionnaire content; 2.Patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders, or a history thereof; 3.Patients with cranial or scalp injuries; 4.Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 6.Patients with severe respiratory system diseases; 7.Patients with metal implants in the body; 8.Patients with chronic pain who have long-term use of analgesics or psychiatric medications (including opioids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives, and antidepressants); 9.Patients with severe arrhythmias or neuromuscular system diseases; 10.Patients on long-term use of long-acting antiemetics, emetics, opioids, or corticosteroids; 11.Patients with a history of motion sickness or postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV); 12.Patients with other conditions that may present with nausea or vomiting, such as hepatitis or gastric ulcers; 13.Any patient currently experiencing vomiting or who has taken antiemetics or steroids within 72 hours prior to surgery.
