Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 60 years; 2.Individuals with severe liver dysfunction or comorbid malignant tumors; 3.Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria, have poor compliance, or have not signed the informed consent form for voluntary participation in the trial;
