18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the diagnosis of ischemic stroke in the , confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. Within 72h of onset; 3. Stop using antibiotics or probiotics for at least 14 days; 4. Age >= 18 years old, sign informed consent form; 5. Vital signs are stable, cognitive function is normal, and can cooperate to complete tongue image and tongue coating collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of severe liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, or oral lesions (such as tongue cancer, severe oral ulcers); 2. Unable to cooperate with tongue image collection (such as cognitive impairment, tracheal intubation).
