Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregivers of elderly suffer from mental health problems, including mood disorder, stress related mental symptoms and neurocognitive disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bedridden care recipients. 2. Caregiver is a domestic worker. 3. Caregiver is currently participating in other mental support programs.
