18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. China Liver Cancer (CNLC) stage of tumor belonged to stage Ia - IIa; 2. no lymph node or distant metastases found on preoperative imaging including ultrasound, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR); 3. postoperative pathological examination confirming HCC; 4. absence of severe systemic comorbidities; 5. All patients had an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status score between 0 and 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are assessed as having surgical contraindications before the operation and are not eligible for surgical treatment.
