Intervention group:At discharge, the nurse provided the infant’s father with routine health education and a family-hospital-community intervention plan
Control group:Upon the premature infant's discharge from hospital, the responsible nurse provided routine health guidance to the infant's father.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Fathers of premature infants (birth gestational age = 7 days 2. First experience of paternal role and living with the infant 3. Educational level >= junior high school 4. Score <= 60 on Ma’s Parenting Competence Questionnaire;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of diagnosed psychiatric or psychological disorders 2. Acute exacerbation stage of major chronic diseases 3. Planned migration to another place within six months;
