18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathologically confirmed cervical cancer (FIGO staging Stage ?B-?A); aged 18-85 years with a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score >= 70; receiving the comprehensive treatment regimen of "external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) + brachytherapy (image-guided brachytherapy [IGBT]/high-dose-rate [HDR])"; complete clinical data, imaging data, and radiotherapy planning data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant with other malignant tumors (excluding cervical cancer) or previous history of malignant tumors (except for recurrence-free skin cancer and thyroid cancer for more than 5 years); pre-existing organic lesions of the rectum, bladder, or vagina prior to radiotherapy (such as ulcerative colitis, bladder stones, vaginal malformations); incomplete clinical data, imaging data, or follow-up information that precludes feature extraction and prognostic analysis.
