Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18 - 30 years old; 2) No unhealthy habits such as smoking or excessive drinking, regular daily routine; 3) No use of any medication in the past six months; 4) No cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or hyperlipidemia; 5) No orthopedic diseases in the past six months; 6) Apart from mandatory activities like physical education, no other regular exercise was participated in after the experiment; 7) Normal hearing, no hearing impairment or hearing loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with a recent history of high-intensity training 2)Individuals with a history of psychological or emotional disorders
