Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient>=60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with sarcopenic obesity, meeting both of the following criteria A and B: A. Diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) 2019 revision( Skeletal muscle mass index (SMI) measured by dual-emission X-ray absorptiometry (DXA): Men: =30 Waist circumference: Men: >102 cm Women: >88 cm Percentage of body fat (PBF): Men: >25% Women: >35%); 3.The patient is oriented and possesses functional communication abilities; 4.The patient provided written informed consent to participate;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has severe cognitive impairment or a mental disorder; 2.The patient is critically ill and unable to cooperate to complete the questionnaire.
