Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher; 2.Demonstrated proficiency in comprehension, verbal communication, and written expression; 3. Willingness to voluntarily participate in this research study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who failed to complete the full intervention protocol or data collection process; 2.Individuals who voluntarily withdrew from the study during the research period.
