Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who received narrow-diameter implant (diameter less than or equal to 3.5mm) insertion first-stage surgery at School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University from June 1995 to June 2014.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Insertion failure during implant surgery; 2. Completely edentulous patients; 3. Incomplete information; 4. Patients with systemic diseases that interfere with bone healing;
