Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Admitted with chief complaints of sudden chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, syncope, or signs of hypoperfusion; 3. Meet the international diagnostic criteria for acute aortic syndrome (AAS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not complete the required diagnostic workup.
