Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-90 years 2. Undergoing EVAR for infrarenal true abdominal aortic aneurysm 3. Complete preoperative CTA imaging data available 4. At least two postoperative follow-up records with complete imaging data available (T1 = 6 months)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm 2. Infected abdominal aortic aneurysm 3. Inflammatory abdominal aortic aneurysm 4. Involvement of visceral branch reconstruction or iliac branch reconstruction 5. Detection of other types of endoleaks during postoperative follow-up 6. Presence of other severe comorbidities postoperatively 7. Severe, rare vascular malformations 8. Diagnosed connective tissue disease 9. Preoperative thrombotic occlusion of the inferior mesenteric artery 10. Intraoperative prophylactic interventions for endoleak, such as coil embolization or fibrin glue injection 11. Poor quality of preoperative or postoperative imaging, inadequate for 3D model reconstruction and subsequent CFD computations
