Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be at least Level II basketball athletes; 2. Participants must have a minimum of 2 years of resistance training experience; 3. Participants must have a squat-to-bodyweight ratio of at least 1.5 times; 4. Participants must be older than 18 years of age; 5. Participants must have had no injury or illness within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not a Level II basketball athlete or higher; 2. Less than 2 years of resistance training experience; 3. Squat-to-bodyweight ratio below 1.5 times; 4. Age 18 years or younger; 5. Has experienced any injury or illness within the past 6 months.
