Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.adults (>= 18 years) with TBI (ICD-9, ICD-10) 2. ICU admission >= 24 hours 3. >= 3 blood glucose measurements prior to AKI onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.age < 18 years; 2.fewer than three blood glucose measurements; 3.ICU stay < 24 hours; 4.missing or incomplete ICU admission information.
