Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with venous thromboembolism who voluntarily consent to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate in the study, those unable to communicate verbally, and individuals with neurological or psychiatric disorders (such as Parkinson's disease or schizophrenia) that hinder their ability to independently adhere to an exercise regimen. Additionally, patients with comorbid conditions that limit exercise capacity, including osteoarthritic diseases, New York Heart Association (NYHA) class III heart failure, or severe lower limb ischemia, will be excluded from the study.
