Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Histopathologically confirmed primary colon adenocarcinoma; 3.Scheduled to receive treatment at this research center, including but not limited to radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgical treatment, or endoscopic resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other malignant tumors; 2.Comorbidities including severe systemic infections, uncontrolled cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic or renal failure, etc., with an estimated survival of less than 6 months; 3.Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the study procedures; 4.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5.Any other circumstances deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this study.
