Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For healthy volunteers: (1) Age 18-70 years; (2) Underwent a medical examination within the past 5 years, excluding colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions; (3) No family history of colorectal cancer; (4) Voluntarily willing to participate in this clinical study. 2. For colorectal cancer patients: (1) Age 18-70 years; (2) Pathological biopsy before or after surgery confirming a diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma; (3) Clinical stage I-IV, undergoing radical resection surgery; (4) Voluntarily willing to participate in this clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Receive neoadjuvant therapy, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatments; 2. Individuals with liver or kidney dysfunction; 3. Presence of metastases that cannot be surgically removed or non-R0 resection; 4. Patients lost to follow-up after surgery.
