Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who complete prenatal care and delivery in our hospital through the maternity system; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Complete the OGTT test between 24–28 weeks of pregnancy and have complete results to determine whether it is GDM; 4. Clinical data and laboratory indicators are relatively complete during early pregnancy or the first prenatal check-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals previously diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes; 2. Multiple Pregnancy; 3. Those who terminate pregnancy, have a miscarriage in early pregnancy, or lack information on pregnancy outcomes; 4. Critical clinical data and laboratory results are severely missing, making it impossible to include them in the analysis. 5. Patients with severe systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, etc.) that may significantly affect pregnancy outcomes;
