45 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 45 years; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m^2, meeting the obesity diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Adult Obesity Prevention and Treatment Expert Consensus (2021)"; 3. Diagnosed with obvious coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, or peripheral artery disease; 4. Agree to undergo brain MRI examination and follow-up; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of brain tumors or traumatic brain injury; 2. MRI contraindications (such as implanted metal devices, claustrophobia, etc.); 3. History of acute myocardial infarction or stroke within the past 6 months; 4. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (ALT/AST >= 3 times the upper limit of normal, or eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m^2); 5. Advanced malignant tumors, mental disorders, cognitive impairments, or other conditions that prevent completing follow-up.
