Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having the registration certificate of practicing nurse of the People's Republic of China; 2. Currently working in ICU for more than 6 months; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Out of work support, maternity leave, sick leave and other personnel; 2. Interns and trainees.
