Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or above; 2. Diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and more than one week after PCI treatment; 3.Cardiac function grade I to III; 4. Meeting the low-risk criteria for exercise risk stratification in patients with coronary heart disease; 5.Stable vital signs; 6.Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for sports rehabilitation (including severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrollable hypertension or hypotension, severe valvular heart disease, severe heart failure, etc.); 2. Other heart surgeries are being performed simultaneously, such as aortic surgery, heart valve surgery; 3. There are related diseases that affect physical activity (such as peripheral artery disease, musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic diseases, etc.); 4. There are consciousness disorders or mental disorders.
