Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ID-A: Han nationality, Right-handed;Age 18-60, open to all genders;Junior high school education or higher;Meet the diagnostic criteria for ID in DSM-5;Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score >= 7 points; 7 items on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale >= 10 points;Individuals without a history of drug treatment, or those with a previous or current history of drug treatment who still meet the above criteria. For those using drug treatment, detailed records of the types and dosages of medications, as well as the duration of treatment, shall be kept for reference. During statistical analysis, the potential impact of medications on functional imaging outcomes shall be considered as much as possible. (2) ID-NA: Han nationality, Right-handed;Age 18-60, open to all genders;Junior high school education or higher;Meet the diagnostic criteria for ID in DSM-5; Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score >= 7 points; 7 items on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale < 10 points;Individuals without a history of drug treatment, or those with a previous or current history of drug treatment who still meet the above criteria. For those using drug treatment, detailed records of the types and dosages of medications, as well as the duration of treatment, shall be kept for reference. (3) healthy control: Han nationality, Right-handed (healthy control);Age 18-60, open to all genders;Junior high school education or higher;Meet the criteria for normal sleep;Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score < 7 points;No DSM-5 diagnosed sleep disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have any history of neurological diseases, mental disorders or family history;Current or past substance use disorder involving drugs or alcohol;Suffering from severe physical diseases such as heart, liver, lung, or kidney conditions, as well as brain organic diseases;Sleep apnea-hypopnea index >= 5 events per hour;Periodic limb movements during sleep index >= 20 episodes per hour;Body Mass Index >= 35 kg/m²;Shift worker;Cross-time zone travel in the past 3 months;Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 3 months;Contraindications for MRI scans, such as the presence of metallic implants in the body or claustrophobia.
