Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) as outlined in the 2014 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetes in Pregnancy; 2.At 24-28 weeks of gestation; 3.Age >=18 years; 4.Singleton pregnancy; 5.(The participants) provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With severe obstetric comorbidities or complications; 2.With a severe mental illness/disorder; 3.Currently participating in another (clinical) study/trial;
