18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 80 years old, no gender restrictions; 2.Patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of rectal/sigmoid colon tumors under general anesthesia 3. Patient ASA physical status classification: I–III; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 kg/m^2 and 30 kg/m^2; 5. Obtain written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in this study; 2.Patients allergic to hydrocodone bitartrate injection; 3.History of pulmonary infection within 2 weeks prior to surgery or occurrence of respiratory system complications during surgery; 4.Patients with central and peripheral nervous system disorders; 5.The surgery lasted over 5 hours; 6.Pregnant women or breastfeeding women; 7.Other circumstances deemed by the investigator to make the subject unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial.
