18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Age: 18~85 years old; 3. IPSS scores >= 8 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A previous history of prostate cancer or other pelvic malignant tumors; 2. Non-BPH factors such as neurogenic bladder or urethral stricture that cause lower urinary tract symptoms; 3. Accompanied by severe infectious diseases such as bacteremia and toxemia; 4. Suffering from severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases and being unable to tolerate surgery; 5. Severe coagulation disorders such as bleeding tendency; 6. Failure to complete follow-up and communication difficulties.
