18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild Alzheimer's disease (AD) who received Lecanemab treatment in our hospital; 2. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac insufficiency (left ventricular ejection fraction <=65%), hepatic dysfunction, or renal impairment (creatinine clearance <=30 ml/min); 2. Patients with contraindications to MRI examination.
