18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke outlined in the 2019 Chinese Diagnostic Guidelines for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases , confirmed by cranial CT or MRI as unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; (2) First-time onset with disease duration ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months; (3) Brunnstrom stage III or higher in the affected lower limb; (4) Age 18–70 years; (5) Able to maintain standing balance at level 1 and cooperate with balance tester assessment; (6) Seated knee flexion range of motion >30°, meeting fNIRS positioning requirements; (7) Capable of eliciting clear motor evoked potentials (MEPs); (8) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Significant cognitive impairment or poor treatment compliance; (2) History of epilepsy or current use of antiepileptic drugs; (3) Implanted cardiac pacemaker or other metallic foreign bodies; (4) Concurrent severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases.
