Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients: 1.Aged >= 60 years (classified according to the "Standards for Healthy Elderly in China" ); 2.First admission to the ICU; 3. Expected length of ICU stay>= 24 hours; 4.Provision of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients: 1. Diseases that may affect the research results, such as acute neurological impairment events (e.g., cerebrovascular accident, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.), fractures, etc.; 2.Previous impairment of limb, cognitive, mental, visual or auditory function that prevents cooperation with interventions and scale tests; 3.Terminal stage of disease, or refusal or abandonment of active treatment by patients or their families; 4. Currently receiving similar interventions.
