The Orsay standing group:Oliceridine is used for postoperative analgesia.
Sufentanil group:Sufentanil is used for postoperative analgesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 who undergo gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body Mass Index (BMI) > 35 kg/m² or body weight < 40 kg; allergy or contraindication to any medication used in this trial; severe underlying conditions (e.g., cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, respiratory disorders, or abnormal liver/kidney function); chronic use of sedative-hypnotic analgesics; smoking; inability to communicate effectively (e.g., hearing impairment, language comprehension difficulties, psychiatric disorders). Patients unable to complete follow-up, those whose procedures were converted to open surgery, or those undergoing procedures exceeding 3 hours who voluntarily withdrew from the trial during the study period were excluded.
