Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Environmental and animal samples were collected from the area around Poyang Lake. 2. Human samples include influenza-like cases and confirmed patients, aged 18 years or older. 3. Diagnostic validation samples are known positive or clinically suspected samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contaminated/corrupted samples. 2. Incomplete data, combined end-stage diseases, or participants who refuse to participate. 3. Nucleic acid degraded samples.
