Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-75 years; 2.Diagnosis of stroke confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan; 3.NIHSS score of 5-15 points (moderate stroke); 4.Normal vision, hearing, and language comprehension/expression abilities; 5.Informed consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of olfactory dysfunction, chronic rhinitis, severe nasal septum deviation, or other nasal conditions affecting olfaction, or prior anosmia; 2.Severe aphasia or neglect, inability to communicate or cooperate effectively; 3.Comorbid severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, or psychiatric disorders; 4.NIHSS score 15; 5.Allergy to the odorants used in the study; 6.Recent upper respiratory tract infection (e.g., within 15 days prior to enrollment).
