Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Treatment cycle time: patients who come to the hospital for complete treatment cycles of preimplantation aneuploidy testing (PGT-A), preimplantation single gene disease testing (PGT-M), or preimplantation chromosomal structural rearrangement testing (PGT-SR) between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2024. 2. Embryonic genetic data: embryos with clear, available chromosomal testing results for PGT-A or PGT-M. 3. Data integrity: relatively complete records related to the core exposure factors of the study could be extracted from the electronic medical record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Treatment cycles that met the inclusion criteria were excluded if any of the following occurred: 1. Ivf cycles using donor eggs or sperm. 2. Either of the couples had numerical chromosome abnormalities confirmed by karyotype analysis. 3. Cases with apparently contradictory or unreliable clinical information records.
