0.5 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 6 months; 2. Clinical or histological diagnosis of WT; 3. The patient has not undergone any form of tumour resection surgery; 4. Vital organ function (heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, etc.) is sufficient to meet the requirements of chemotherapy and surgery; 5. Written informed consent has been obtained from the patient's guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Histological diagnosis of non-Wilms' tumour renal neoplasm; 3. Presence of severe comorbidities that may impede study conduct (e.g., renal impairment requiring dialysis, hepatic failure, cardiac failure); 4. Inability to complete the study protocol due to family circumstances or other reasons.
