Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for the Case Group: 1.Outpatient or inpatient patients aged 18–70 years. 2.Meeting the 2010 Classification Criteria for Rheumatoid Arthritis formulated by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR). 3.Conforming to TCM patterns of cold-dampness obstruction, dampness-heat obstruction, or deficiency patterns (including liver-kidney insufficiency, qi-yin deficiency, and qi-blood deficiency). 4.Patients who have signed the informed consent form. Inclusion Criteria for the Healthy Control Group 1.Aged 18–70 years. 2.No history of diseases (including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatorenal diseases, respiratory diseases, metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, communicable diseases, thyroid dysfunction, anemia, tumors, mental illnesses, etc.) in the past three months. 3.Having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other rheumatic diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis, etc.); 2.Severe cases with extra-articular manifestations (e.g., high fever, multiple rheumatoid nodules, interstitial pneumonia, etc.); 3.Cases complicated with severe diseases of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic systems or other vital systems; 4.Patients complicated with severe infection, organ failure or malignant tumor; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Patients with a history of mental illness or those with cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate.
