Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the classification and diagnostic criteria in the clinical management guidelines for gestational hypertension and preeclampsia published in ACOG in 2020; 2. Single fetus, head position; 3. The gestational age for diagnosing gestational hypertension is =37 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with chronic hypertension, kidney disease, immune system disease, gestational diabetes or diabetes requiring drug treatment, and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy; 2. Combined with indications for cesarean section such as scarred uterus, abnormal fetal position, placenta previa, and cephalopelph disbalance; 3. Progress to preeclampsia before 37 weeks of pregnancy; 4. Abnormal fetal development; 5. Incomplete data.
