Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 3~6 years old; 2. ASA classification ? or ?; 3. BMI <=30kg/m^2 4. Paediatric patients under elective desflurane general anaesthesia who intend to undergo laparoscopic hernia repair surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to the drugs used in this study; 2. recent upper respiratory tract infection; 3. Application of sedative or analgesic drugs 24 hours before surgery; 4. History of neurological, psychiatric, cardiopulmonary diseases.
