60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 60 and 85 years, inclusive. 2.No clinically diagnosed major disease requiring treatment. 3.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Heart failure of class II or higher (Killip class II–IV) (e.g., chest pain when walking 100 or 200 meters or climbing one flight of stairs). 2.Major cardiac surgery within the last 6 months (including valve replacement or bypass grafting). 3.History of stroke within the past 12 months. 4.Parkinson's disease or diagnosed dementia. 5.History of fracture or osteoporotic fracture within the past year. 6.Severe kidney disease requiring dialysis. 7.Inability to perform basic functional tests (e.g., SPPB, single-leg stance). 8.Severe arthritis preventing participation in physical activity. 9.Any individual deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
