Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for daytime knee arthroscopy surgery, classified as ASA I-II; 2.Aged 18-65 years; 3.BMI 18-30 kg/m²; 4.Normal communication ability; 5.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7 or long-term use of psychotropic sleep medications. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class III or higher. 3.Psychiatric or neurological disorders: e.g., schizophrenia, depression, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; or inability to communicate due to coma or severe dementia. 4.Severe cardiac dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction <30% or New York Heart Association Class IV); 5.Severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C); or renal failure.
