Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 45 years old. 2.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of mental illness (such as bipolar disorder). 2.Suffering from severe audio-visual impairment that affects the final test results. 3.Combined with stroke and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
