Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, no gender restrictions; 2. 18 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 30 kg/m^2; 3. Liver function Child-Pugh A grade: <= 6; 4. ASA anesthesia score I–II grade; 5. Preoperative imaging (CT/MRI) indicates hepatic hemangioma and postoperative pathology confirms hepatic hemangioma; 6. Underwent laparoscopic hepatic hemangioma resection (including pure laparoscopy or laparoscopy-dominant combined approach, including conversion to open surgery); 7. Complete case data, with key perioperative data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Child-Pugh grade B or above for liver function; 2. Severe liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension or clear intolerance to liver resection; 3. Coexisting (or highly suspected preoperatively) intrahepatic malignant tumors (such as HCC, ICC) or other active malignant tumors; 4. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lungs and kidneys (such as NYHA grade III-IV heart function, severe chronic respiratory system diseases, end-stage renal insufficiency); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Those with a history of upper abdominal surgery; 7. The original surgery was open hepatic hemangioma resection; 8. ASA surgical classification >= grade III; 9. Severe lack of key perioperative data, making analysis impossible.
