Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years. 2.Outpatients receiving treatment for somatic diseases at community health centers. 3.Educational level of junior high school or above, capable of reading and understanding the study protocol and screening scales, and able to cooperate in completing oculomotor tests and other procedures. 4.Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of organic mental disorders, mental disorders due to psychoactive substances, schizophrenia, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or other psychiatric disorders. 2.Individuals with impaired vision that prevents normal completion of oculomotor testing, or with abnormal eye movements or alignment, such as strabismus, amblyopia, or ptosis. 3.A score of <3 on the Mini-Cog, suggesting the presence of significant cognitive impairment.
