Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or above; 2. Possesses normal communication skills, able to correctly comprehend and independently complete questionnaire content; 3. Demonstrates good compliance, able to cooperate with in-person interviews and telephone follow-ups conducted by hospital physicians; 4. The patient is informed and consents to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment; 2. History of psychiatric disorders; 3. Severe infectious diseases; 4. Heart valve disease, malignant tumours, and concomitant impairment of vital organ function; 5. Individuals unwilling to cooperate with telephone or home follow-up visits.
